We are a community of creative professionals offering a unique, historic, space with a modern aesthetic; in the Brainerd Arts District of Chattanoga. We host formal events, workshops, and collaborations that foster our community's creative presence. Sarah Yvonne Chappell, with her studio lifestyle as choreographer/dancer/curator-of-events, creates an elegant atmosphere as the canvas for your artful occasion. Performances & events can accommodate full bands, dance companies, & athletic arts.

F-S - 200 per hr Parking over 30 cars: 100 Audio Equipment packages: Basic - Mic, stand, chord and amp - 50 Sound Board and System - 75 Instruments - 25 each **Furniture Available - 25 each available **60 metal folding chairs available **3 benches available **2 long, high serving tables available Cleaning Fee Packages (according to check-list provided) Manager’s Help - 50 Full Cleaning Fee - 200 Damages 500+ (depending on severity of damage) Alcohol To offer your guests free drinks: You must advertise the event as 21+ You must provide approved, professional security: IDing your patrons at the door There must be an approved ABC licensed bartender serving the alcohol To sell alcohol: Along with everything mentioned above, you must also provide a alcohol permit from the city Event Coordinator Packages Available upon scheduled consultation 200+ Rehearsal Packages Available $75 per hour for Stage + fees above for add-ins $100 per for Filming, Photo Shoot, Dance Floor + fees above for add-ins Licensed Security is required for events over 50 people.
