Intimate Gallery Storefront and Office

It is a small art gallery which is open to the public for art exhibitions on weekends. During the week, the gallery is generally closed, which allows us to offer it as an office and workspace. The ground-floor storefront features a large window. We do not allow art exhibitions as pop-ups in the space. The walls are white and generally will have paintings, wall sculpture, or other art objects installed, which generally shall remain in place during the week. A request to temporarily de-install artwork will be considered on a case by case basis. Floors are poured cement and the ceiling is vintage tin with LED lighting. The ground-floor entrance to the gallery makes it perfect for private meetings with clients, or as a temporary or weekly office space, or even for a pop-up shop. The floor plan provides a front room which is generally the exhibition space, a storage room (reserved for gallery equipment and furniture) coat rack area, bathroom, and back office. The front room can be used as an office space with the edition of a folding table.
