The Space
This is a very spacious, stylish loft in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Available for anything from film shoots, to dinner parties, and even filmed live performances. The main space is 1800 sq. ft. with 13 ft. ceilings, two bedrooms, one bathroom, and an open kitchen that make up 2300 sq. ft in total. While remaining open yet cozy the space is practically its own botanical garden. It is also full of eclectic light fixtures and furniture to accommodate all tastes. The space is also full of synthesizers and sound gear. Please inquire if interested in the "backline" or music gear.
