The Space

One-of-a-kind residential apartment/loft in a landmark building which most notably served as the home to world-famous artist Willem de Kooning. The cast-iron buildings were constructed in 1866. Additional large commercial loft is available and is attached to the space for multi functions. ***Please note that all events consuming or selling liquor are required to have an approved licensed caterer pull a liquor permit for the event.***
