The space is a photo studio location rental space catering to film, photo shoots, fashion shoots music videos & events. The main studio is an open 4000sqft floor plan with a 40 foot cyclorama, 25 foot high ceilings, a Kitchen/Bar area, and three private bathrooms. A 350sqft mezzanine looks over the studio & houses controls to lights, 4K projector & private offices. A 3000sqft outdoor private courtyard/parking lot. Photo video equipment/lights/backdrops/flats available on demand as well as sound equipment. In-house Art department, production design art direction and professional prop fabrication crew with workshop in house. Additionally over 5000sqft of carpentry and workshop space.
