This Modernism 60’s Villa, located in West Hollywood comes with authentic furnishings and retro designed décor pieces.

The iconic SunsetHollywoodVilla hosted action & drama movies with James Bond & Frank Sinatra. Great for any size of photo shoots, video shoots, commercial and film , TV productions. The SunsetHollywoodVilla is a true original Vintage Architectural Beauty and captures the period aesthetics accurate. Villa is newly renovated with authentic furnishings and retro designed décor pieces. The building structure induces a sleek visual appearance with Floor to Ceiling windows throughout the Villa maximizing light and WeHo views allowing in fantastic natural light conditions indoors. Central and Convenient Located next to West Hollywood Sunset Plaza Area, SoHo House, London and Edition Hotel Notable features: - Floor to ceiling windows, plenty of natural light, 3,000 sqft interior with open layout. - Original, 1960's retro furnishings & decor - Double fireplace & platinum porcelain tile floors in the living room - Dining room, library, and fully equipped Bar area. An original fully equipped kitchen to lay out crew catering. - Plenty of free street parking available for cast/crew vehicles. Secured parking for four vehicles in our covered driveway as well. Easy load-in/out through our side entrance. - 2 restrooms - with plenty of mirrors and large - Separate Glam & Styling Room to accommodate hair, makeup and wardrobe. - Backyard includes huge terrace, lush & beautifully landscaped greenery, an outdoor lounge & patio.
