The Space

This space is the result of a major restoration of a 1928 brick and timber warehouse in the heart of the Temescal neighborhood of Oakland, Ca. We love our industrial chic vibe and think you will, too! The space is available for meetings, workshops, parties, presentations, film shoots, and other events. We are flexible and offer a variety of options for space depending on the number of people and type of space that you are looking for. We're also steps away from many nearby restaurants and amenities, including local favorites Burma Superstar, Bakesale Betty and The Alley. FEATURES • 2,900sf (includes multiple break out rooms) • 75 Seated | 125 Standing • Multiple skylights • 25’ high atrium • Street-level access • Roll-up garage door for easy access and open air events • Kitchen with refrigerator, freezer and prep area • Site manager • Existing tables and chairs LOCATION / TRANSPORTATION • Three blocks from MacArthur BART station • Steps away from AC Transit • Street parking, usually within 1-2 blocks of our space • Indoor bike racks • Buzz front door upon arrival and a staff member will let you in FOOD & CATERING • We do not provide catering services, but have some fantastic neighborhood catering options, and will be happy to share them with you! • If you will have a food truck, you must provide security staff. We can refer some options, so please inquire for more details.
