The Space

This chic, luxury loft located in one of the most expensive streets in the city is the perfect venue for an intimate pop-up or client event. Designed by celebrated interior designer Patricia de Niemeyer, rich jewel- toned hues and sumptuous fabrics offer a perfectly unexpected contrast with the clean loft space, playful design details. Either half or the full area can be rented, and the space features full security features required for showcasing valuable items or artwork. Rules: The oven & stove are not currently functional and cannot be used. Prior authorization in writing must be requested for the following: 1) Movement of any furniture 2) All decorations 3) Serving of any alcohol Red wine or coffee should not be served the living room area. Any stains will incur a minimum cleaning fee of $300. No smoking is allowed in the space
