We've carefully designed and curated our space to feel modern, warm and eclectic, with plenty of space and light to make for a a great shoot. We hope you like it!

This space is available for film, TV and photo shoots only. You'll love all the exposed brick, beautiful wood floors, architectural details and decor that the space offers.

Hourly (starting from)
Minimum hours: 4$180/hr is for crews of 1-5 people
6-15 ppl = $200/hr
16-25 ppl = $240/hr
-Insurance is mandatory.
-$100 cleaning fee
