This space ideal for filming & photoshoots. It offers 2 types of environments: 1 type is a living room / dining room / bedroom combo (3 rooms) decorated with vintage furniture, plants, & pop art. The overall color palette here is warm & the rooms contain exposed brick. The second environment is a large room roughly 1,200 sq ft with 12-14' ceilings partially covered with vintage ceiling tin tiles, a kitchen, & a patio. Traditionally the 2nd environment is used as a photo studio complete with a hair/makeup table, equipment (listed below), set building materials, & a digital capture station. The floors are original wood and have a beautiful worn patina.
