The Space

This space offers a premium venue for retreats, workshops, seminars and celebrations with Hudson River views stretching from the George Washington Bridge to the Verrazano Bridge. Home to many of the world’s most recognizable brands, The Space Over 2,600 square feet of reception space with 13-foot high ceiling. Over 100 feet of bay windows on West 26th Street and the West Side Highway. Maximum occupancy: 250 people. Flexible space and furniture that can be configured as needed. WIFI. Adjustable lighting. Reception area: 500 square feet. Kitchen (350 square feet) and storage space for caterer (see below). Wheelchair accessible building. Non-smoking building.
