Born and raised in Los Angeles, I've worked as a producer and event organizer for the last 10 years. Our mission is to create a space for progressive programs and reformulate togetherness. We program events year round and are actively inviting Angelenos to use our space with us. We want people to feel empowered using our venue to create something they feel they have ownership in and are proud of.

The Space

Through a private alley entrance, you enter the west-wing of an early 20th century manufacturing building. You will find yourself in a large open loft - which we recently architecturally restored after 2 years of careful renovation. Our mission was on one hand adding contemporary functionality but on the other protecting its charm and patina. It features 3000 sqft of polished concrete, central air conditioning, a custom built kitchen with a 12 foot long artisanal terrazzo counter top, artist designed furniture, 2 beautiful bathrooms, 1 meeting room, a 14 feet high shower and lots of plants. On the equipment side we can provide: projector, sound systems, screens, up to 200 chairs, a dimmable tracklight system, fans, high speed Wifi / internet and a fully soundproof green screen studio. Paid parking is available on site. The loft functions as an art, event, presentation, meeting and project space. Using our open kitchen is also really fun. It's a highly versatile space: take advantage of our modular furniture or have it empty and use it as a clean slate with character. We are open to ideas and are here to support.

An on-site manager @ $25/hour is optional for some bookings, required for others depending on activity. Our standard Wedding Rate is $300/hour + $25/hour on-site manager. For large events, parties, and filming which requires permits, please reach out directly for pricing.
