The Space

My space is a 4000 square foot newly restored Loft space. Reminiscent of Soho in the 1990's. It has 1000 square foot wrap around terrace with spectacular views of the Manhattan Skyline not available anywhere else in town. You will love this room because it is extremely versatile and can host all event types. Occupancy is up to 175 people. We have an exclusive caterer; we offer your favorites from their restaurant menus but also offer customized menus. Outside caterers also welcome; venue is brand new to the area; steps away from Path Train.
