Garden apartment with garden access available separately upon request for additional fee. Large black framed windows against white brick walls. Minimum hours: 8

Cleaning additional $120, weekend price $250/hour, insurance mandatory. Longer hours possible upon special request and additional cost. All commercial shoots 20+ people must have floors and walls protected. Minimum fee for commercials or film shoots $2500 per day.
