The Space

Our space has incredible art by local and international artists. Industrial cement flooring, high tin ceilings, charm and wonderful character, the space is inviting and perfect for intimate events hosting no more than 20-40 people max. The main gallery room is flooded with natural light during the day and has high tin ceilings. Separated by a small nook, the east gallery has a more intimate feel. The space has two ac units to adequately cool the rooms in the warm months. We do not have any cooking facilities or additional seating.

Hours calculated per event start when the renter or any vendor employed by the renter takes possession of the space and ends when vendor, guests and renter depart the space. Any necessary outside vendors, cleaning and security (if needed) must be provided by renter. We will provide one door person, RSVP list must be provided by renter. Two large garbage bags may be left at the conclusion of the event. Any additional rubbish removal is the responsibility of renter and must be removed within a reasonable time or before the opening hours of the following day. Renter may be subject to additional fee's if rubbish is not removed within a timely manner. $200 nonrefundable security deposit is required to reserve the space. $300 cleaning fee will be added for any renter that does not provide a cleaning service within a timely manner.
