The Space

Featured in the New York Times, our brownstone was built in 1889 and has been modernized and renovated over the past few years to not only be functional but also incredibly unique in its interior design. When you walk up the stoop and enter the parlor floor, you'll first walk through the front parlor which has a pink/terracotta limewash on the walls and is furnished with original mid-century pieces. As you continue toward the back of the house, you'll enter the Cigar Room - think leather Chesterfield sofas, marble and gold accents, and a bar cart loaded with amaro and digestifs. This room is also completely painted in a deep forest green, including the ceiling, the doors, and the molding. It's a true jewel box of a room. As you descend to the ground floor, you'll be welcomed into our grand dining room. All four walls are covered in Gucci's marble wallpaper. With the black-painted ceiling and blush velvet chairs, it's a perfect scene for an editorial shoot. On this floor you can also find our kitchen looking out onto the backyard and a full bathroom. On the top floor of the house is a guest bedroom, another kitchen, and our master suite. The master bedroom has a unique, charcoal-gray nook that houses our king-sized mid century platform bed, and three large north-facing windows. The master bathroom is a full spa experience complete with bidet, heated towel rack, steam shower, and a separate bathtub. There is also a finished basement with a home office, media/TV area, and a storage room. Backyard: The backyard is 40 feet deep and comes with a shaded gazebo for warm days.

The safety and well being of our guests is our top priority. We are committed to the overall wellbeing of our guests and have taken additional measures to ensure the cleanliness of our space. We have updated and developed cleaning and safety policies to help limit the impact of the COVID-19 spread on our guests and employees. We refer to the recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO) and CDC Guidance for Cleaning and Disinfecting (CDC) to implement the following: Cleaning We are thoroughly cleaning our space and all shared surfaces regularly, before and after each booking, with disinfectant Hygiene While our space is in use we ask to please follow these hygiene guidelines: Wash your hands frequently and properly Use your arm or sleeve when coughing or sneezing, and use hand sanitizer regularly Dispose of tissues immediately and wash hands or use sanitizer any time you have used tissues If You Are Sick For everyone's safety, we are asking guests who are displaying even mild flu-like symptoms, including fever, cough, and cold to stay home. Please notify us if you or one of your team members or guests are diagnosed with COVID-19 and have used our space or facilities in the past 30 days. Social distancing We are strongly encouraging our guests to keep social distancing while meeting at our space and will not allow bookings for a large number of participants.
