This luxurious Sky Lounge + Rooftop is located on the 26th floor in one of NYCs most sought after residential buildings, this space is the perfect space for Films, Photoshoots, Social events and much more!! This space features the most high-end modern designed details and finishes throughout and of course the most amazing natural sunlight and city views, the space consists of a indoor 1660SF lounge with several couches, kitchen area with stools, chairs, pool table, TV and more, as well as a 1430SF outdoor terrace overlooking the city and equipped with BBQs, seating, tables and chairs, lounge chairs.
