The Space

Host your client and corporate meetings, business breakfasts, workshops and more in this luxury custom-designed 5,000 SQ FT home. The home enjoys a privileged East Lincoln Park location, perfect for filming productions, corporate meetings, and more. Large panoramic windows create amazing continuity between indoor and outdoor spaces. Grand foyer opens to spacious living room with arched pass-through to formal dining room. The residence boasts of a state-of-the-art Chef's kitchen with stainless steel SubZero & Viking appliances, a sunken family room with French doors to the patio and fabulous garage roof deck. This striking home featuring 12' ceilings, a state-of-the-art library with mahogany finishings & entertaining space on the 3rd level with a built-in, wet bar, vaulted ceilings, and multiple outdoor spaces is great for C-Level and Executive offsite meetings, small events, and video productions. Our luxury meeting space is equipped with free wifi, and access to private bathrooms. Outside catering is allowed. Reservations available Monday through Saturday from 8 am to 6pm for business meetings, workshops, press events, photo shoots, filming, and more.
