High end finished apartment showcasing floor to ceiling windows through the entire southeast wall facing the ocean. Natural lighting illuminates the place from 7 am until 7 pm (sunset time) while large majestic birds glide by the scenery throughout the day. The living room has been decorated to maintain a spacious yet intimate atmosphere. The furniture is new, modern and inviting. If more space is needed (for a photoshoot or video) the furniture can easily be moved around to create more space or different artistic set ups. This space is perfect for video or photo productions, for business meetings, and families/ friends intimate gatherings. The spacious kitchen has a luxurious built in bar to use for food, beverages or as a planning space. Guests may have access to the kitchen appliances, kitchenware and the wine cooler. Matching dinnerware sets for up to 8 people are available (option to request an additional dinner table if needed). The second bedroom is kept minimally decorated in order to be a blank slate for your work. The dark wood floors contrasting against the deep blue ocean view generates a breathtaking environment for creativity, inspiring your senses to bring your ideas into fruition. Currently it is empty except for a nautical lamp and a white board. The bathroom has a full shower and bathtub fully equipped with toiletries and towels for you and your team's use. It is sanitized before and after every visitor so you can feel safe and confident during your visit. There is a master bedroom that is typically off limits, but if it need be, it can be negotiated. We are strategically located at the south edge of Brickell (next to Key Biscayne and right off the highway) so you will be sure to skip the busy city traffic while having the convenience of the shops walking distance away. There is self parking on site, and the cost is only $3 per vehicle per day. There is no limit to the spaces available so that is another convenience to this location. An important disclaimer I must communicate is that when you book this location you may only stay and create within the perimeters of the apartment. There are no guests allowed in the community areas of the building (specially during Covid-19) and it is strictly enforced.
