Rental spa room in a luxury salon, located in Hallandale Beach, FL right off of 95, minutes from Aventura, Sunny Isles, and Hollywood Beach. Perfect locations for clients coming North or South. Melanated Beauty Spa is seeking licensed esthetician or massage therapists to rent their luxury Spa Rooms (6 rooms available). Spa rooms are equipped with spa bed, sink, mirror and ample cabinet space. We are ideally looking to refer the salons existing clientele to you for these services that we do not provide . Rooms are available immediately. Must have your own professional liability insurance and necessary licensing. Asking $225.00 a week. (6 month or 1 year lease) Looking for a renter only. Not looking This includes 7 day a week (Sunday) access to your spa room and shared common spaces, bathroom and waiting area. The salon has 6 spa rooms and 1 bathroom, waitroom, and reception/retail room. We also offer a full service rental option providing towels, sheets, receptionist / appointment services for additional fee. The safety and health of our team members and clients is taken seriously and we have implemented protocols that meet or exceed those recommended by the CDC.
