Originally from Chicago, I have owned and operated studios in LA, NYC, Hong Kong, and now in Miami where I currently reside. My work experience spans over 25 years, primarily as a fashion photographer. The space available is the ideal size for most photo and video productions, and is where I do all my e-commerce photo shoots. On days that I have open, I am currently making the space available for rentals. I have a staff on hand to help make the rental experience work smoothly for all those who rent the space.

The Space

The studio space floor plan consists of a 800 square foot (8.5 meters x 8.5 meters - 28 feet x 28 feet) squared room, with 12’ x 10’ roll up door with access to back parking lot, natural light is facing north, hair and make up station, styling room, steamer and clothing rack., 14 foot ceilings, concrete floors, and Sonos Move wifi speaker. White walls through out with an art gallery space in front. RGB color changing light panel available for rental along with flash, and LED lighting kits.

Rent our Studio - Full Day (8-10 hrs) 10 hours @ $1,200.00 Overtime is billed at 125 per hour. Standard lighting package included. Rent our Studio - Half Day Day (4-5hrs) 5 hours @ $600.00 Overtime is billed at 125 per hour. Standard lighting package included. Rent our Studio - Minimum (3hrs) 3 hours @ $375.00 Overtime is billed at 125 per hour. Standard lighting package included.
