Location Scouts: filming site available, daily or weekly rates, hours 9:00-5:00, includes security, use of catering kitchen, two changing suites, ADA accessible. Ballrooms, classrooms, offices, Chapel, lobby, and stage interiors plus courtyard and playground exteriors.

Housekeeping and facilities staff are on-site continuously cleaning. Implementation of specific health and safety protocols are at the discretion of the Licensee.

For parties: 1. damage deposit $1500 (refundable assuming no damage), 2. permits $176, 3. valet parking (ranges from $1000-10,000 based on number of guests, number of hours, and day of week), 4. draping of Bima if renting Sanctuary ($500), 5. fire marshal $175/hour X 6 hours (when guest count exceeds 299).
