Val and I have co-owned our mid-century modern showroom in West SoHo for the past 24 years. We have two 1200 square foot floors of this building we use for openings and events for various artist we represent. We would like to make our two floors available either together or by themselves.

The Space

We have hosted at least 50 events at our 2 story showroom over the 20 years we have been here. The ground floor is ideal for gallery showings and launches. The price listed is for the ground floor by itself. The second floor is additional and provides a warmer and more intimate setting with wood floors and a large flat screen for presentations. Some props included.
