The Space

Situated in a historic 1890s railroader hotel and adjoining mid-century warehouse in downtown Austin, we offer a kinetic collision of music, arts, warm beds, culinary delights and spirits. Within its rough-hewn limestone walls, we have an intimate parlor lounge and cafe, a 3,400 sq. foot event space, & a bar and kitchen serving craft cocktails and craveable worldly delights. We have a full parking lot, as well as ample street parking - a rarity in downtown Austin! We also have full catering capabilities. We've hosted everyone from major SXSW activations to casual conferences. We're ready to party. We offer 3 different spaces that bring their own personality, while allowing your vision to shine through. The Ballroom: A warehouse-style, 3,400 sq. foot event space with white brick walls and a beautiful mahogany bar. A completely bare space, with room for your ideas to flourish. Capacity: 350 standing, 150-200 seated The Romper Room: Our favorite little secret - a speak-easy style private room upstairs with an antique bar, high-top tables, couches, and an elegant chandelier. Fully furnished. Great for tastings, private happy hours, parties, retreats, and interviews. Capacity: 45 standing, 30 seated The Parlor: An open to public cafe with an adjoining bar, perfect for morning meetings/workshops or happy hour gatherings. Capacity: 80 standing, 35 seated F&B: We have an in-house kitchen capable of catering events for up to 100 people. Our executive chef used to run a successful catering company in Austin. We require the use of our bartenders for all events.
