The Space
This spacious 1,600+ SQF art gallery and conference room has just been renovated in early 2022 and is now open to the artist and business communities in mid-town Manhattan with a very exciting price. The space is equipped with professional gallery lighting, Hi-Fi sound systems in the ceiling and large screen 4K TV. It also supports online and onsite interaction perfectly in the exhibitions and meetings. There is also a 6 people conference room next to the lobby for small group discussions. The space is also very flexible for all types of events. We have tables and chairs for meetings up to 75 people and they can be moved to in house storage for gallery settings. Additional free services and equipment including: Hi-speed Wifi, High-end Ceiling Audio System (Karaoke service is available), 75 inch 4K TV, Projector and large screen, Basic furniture, Conference phone in the separate office Feel free to contact us if you have any questions. Rules: 1) Please book by the hour, a minimum of 3 hours is required. If your event ends more than 30 minutes later than scheduled, you will be charged an additional hour. 2) The tenant’s activity at this space must be legal. The tenant is fully responsible for any illegal behavior in this space. 3) Please ensure that you take with you all decorations and belongings, and ensure that any furniture that is moved is returned to its original place 4) The cleaning fee is $75 if your event does not serve food/drink, $100 if it does. 5) No loud noise after 10 PM 6) A $500 security deposit must be paid via Zelle. The Security Deposit may be used by Space Provider for any damage to the Space, or for Excess Time Fees incurred. The Security Deposit shall be directly paid by Event Organizer to Space Provider. 7) The owner may charge a $100 - $500 storage fee, depending on the size and duration, if the tenants leave their belongs in the venue outside the rent term. The owner shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred on tenants' belongs.
