Minimal Creative Studio & Event Space

An affordable and minimalistic studio for all level photographers, art directors and designers. This cozy and warm studio boasts 800 sq feet of white space making it the perfect blank canvas for your creative projects. The entire space including all props and interior is designed with a minimal aesthetic for you to unleash your creativity. It's the perfect studio for lookbook, product, portraiture, table top shoots. Props and limited equipment are provided at no extra cost (see list below). An added bonus: rare private access to a 900 sq feet outdoor space for daylight shoots! We are conveniently located in the heart of the Lower East Side, just a few minutes away from the Delancey/Essex stop with the F, J, M, and Z trains. Studio rental rate is $75/hour including all equipment and props. 3 hour minimum. Day rate (8 Hours) is $500 including equipment. An on-site studio manager is available upon request, at no additional cost, to help you with equipment set up. Photography services are also available upon request. Please contact for inquiry.
