This is a modern townhouse on the upper west side. Great for film shoots and gatherings. We have had a few TV shows and movies filmed here so we are film friendly. Very large cook's kitchen with outdoor grill for cooking as well. House is made for entertaining with three areas. The large kitchen with dining room table that seats 10-12. Outdoor grill and table for 6. upstairs parlour floor with two seating areas with pool table in between. Piano is on this floor as well.
