AVAILABILITY This space is available for photo shootings, film productions, commercials, music videos and more. No private parties or dinner events. OVERTIME Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. FLOOR CARE Cover the entire floor area you'll be working on with padded mats or carpets (have to be padded). No plastic film or paper. Please come prepared as if you don't have them we won't allow to start filming (there's a Home Depot really close by our home, just in case). That’s because we want to protect our new floors from scratching or heavy gear falling. Floor scratches are very expensive and hard to repair. All gear has to have tennis balls at the bottom. PARKING Please be mindful that filming productions can be annoying for our neighbors. - Be respectful all the time about their driveways, front yards and parking spaces on the street. - Please park in front of our house and on 57th Street. There's a small gate close to the garage door to access directly to our backyard. - Do not park on 5640 Sherbourne Dr. please (our closest neighbors uphill). - Absolutely no walking on any front yard, either ours or our neighbors'. Failure to do so will result in additional fees to fix the landscape. - Absolutely no unloading gear on the front yard. Use the sidewalk. - Never blocking our neighbors driveways - If big trucks are to be placed in front of neighbors houses, they have to be compensated. - We have 1 covered spot in our garage and up to 3 cars can be parked on our neighbors' driveway (additional fee will be applied). Please let us know in advance. CLEANING Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. DAMAGES Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, front yard etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Splacer. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your production needs. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke.
