Our hours are VERY flexible and we're always willing to work with you to make your vision come to life. Monday-Thursday: $300/hr. Friday-Sunday: $400/hr. Event security required for large events and after-hour events. Cleaning fee is $150 for large-scale event. If alcohol is being sold, must use one of our licensed and insured vendors for added safety.

50% refund up to 1 week prior to event check in, except service fees.
