We are only interested in renting to clean, organized and respectful guests who will take great care of the place :) No large parties: please specify total number of people before booking for approval PETS - Absolutely no pets ( otherwise pre approved by host in writing ) PLUMBING - Please do not flush anything down toilet other than toilet paper. SMOKING - No smoking inside the house or under covered areas. If smoking outside please dispose it properly. DEPOSIT - In addition of the rate we charge 1/2 of the agreed day rate as a deposit for incidents payable via check (can be waved only with proof of insurance ) is required to secure the booking - Deposit will be refunded in full if there are no issues Promptly at the end of the shoot. Braking any of the house rules can reflect on the deposit amount refunded and or additional Fees. STANDARD CLEANING FEE: $150 CHECK IN & CHECK OUT Flexible - We expect the place to be returned as found - ( ALL TRASH MUST BE HANDLED AND DISPOSED PROPERLY ) if needed my Cleaning person is available to come at $25 per hour ADDITIONAL INFO - Be respectful of neighbors no loud music or loud noises outside after 10pm please - city ordinance.
