The Space

Modern interior with open kitchen/dining area perfect for production/photography shots in sought after Pasadena. Living room has a bay window that brings in lots of natural light. The mid-century inspired fireplace effortlessly draws attention with its clean straight lines. The bifold sliding door opens the entire dining room space to the outdoor deck. This home has many special touches throughout ideal for still shots: hanging egg chairs, barn doors, extra wide communal bathroom sink, etc. Most doorways in public rooms were widened during recent renovation which gives the space a much more more open feel. The zen-like pergola in the backyard is the perfect lounge / hangout area for hosting poolside events, team building workshops, filming yoga/exercise videos, etc. The large seating area is covered & enclosed but yet very open feeling. The adjacent hardscape is an added bonus for equipment/tables/etc. plus is a great staging area for production teams. The hardscape leads directly to the driveway which makes the load-in/load-out access desirable for crews. Most recently added to the property is an expansive minimalist modern deck that connects the dining room to the backyard. There are steps that span the entire width of the deck. Great for photoshoots with endless possibilities. Lastly, production teams have always appreciated the extra 600 sf loft/attic space. It contains a very large long desk for plugging in laptops etc. Super advantageous for remote schooling, extra work space, and staging area for hair & makeup. FYI: -Quiet residential street -Super fast 1G fiber optic line for high speed internet -Ample free street parking. No street sweeping days. -Large open dirt lot nearby is a possibility for additional parking -Convenient load-in / load-out access -Driveway can accommodate 3 cars & allows for direct access to backyard -Backyard concrete area is perfect for large tables, games, rentals, etc. Past bookings include: HBO documentaries, TikTok videos, commercials, interviews, advertising still shots, poolside photoshoot, launch party, business meeting, workshops, engagement party, proposals, bridal & baby showers, wedding anniversary, etc. ***Open to discussing hourly rates for smaller shoots with few attendees, thanks for visiting!

The safety and well being of our guests is our top priority. We are committed to the overall well-being of our guests and have taken additional measures to ensure the cleanliness of our space. We have updated and developed cleaning and safety policies to help limit the impact of the COVID-19 spread on our guests and employees. We refer to the recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO) and CDC Guidance for Cleaning and Disinfecting (CDC) to implement the following: Cleaning We are implementing enhanced cleaning procedures in our space to protect our guests. These include: We are thoroughly cleaning our space and all shared surfaces regularly, before and after each booking, with disinfectant. We use detergent to remove dirt, grease, dust, and germs. We are providing hand sanitizer and anti-bacterial wipes to our guests. Hygiene While our space is in use we ask to please follow these hygiene guidelines: Wash your hands frequently and properly. Use your arm or sleeve when coughing or sneezing, and use hand sanitizer regularly Dispose of tissues immediately and wash hands or use sanitizer any time you have used tissues If You Are Sick For everyone's safety, we are asking guests who are displaying even mild flu-like symptoms, including fever, cough, and cold to stay home. Please notify us if you or one of your team members or guests are diagnosed with COVID-19 and have used our space or facilities in the past 30 days. Social distancing We are strongly encouraging our guests to keep social distancing while meeting at our space and will not allow bookings for a large number of participants.
