Village Studio has always been dedicated to the health and safety of our community, but we’re taking this one step further amidst the COVID-19 virus. Please see below for general information on the extra precautions Village Studio is taking to ensure everyone’s health and safety for each booking. Village Studio Precautions: - Our professional cleaning team is sanitizing and disinfecting the entire space before and after each booking. This includes heightened deep-cleaning procedures including disinfecting: - All elevator buttons and light switches - Glass tables - All other surfaces (i.e. kitchen counters, bathroom counters, side tables, etc.) - All surfaces in each bathroom (mirrors, faucets, toilet, flush, etc.) - All doorknobs - Lysol spray all surfaces and items used - Empty all trash and spray Lysol in each bin - Empty all items in the fridge and sanitize both the inside and outside of the refrigerator - Wash all towels and linens - Run the dishwasher if any dishes were used (even as props) - All Village Studio staff members are provided proper PPE to be worn at all times in the studio. Village Studio will also keep extra materials on hand in case clients or employees need any. - In addition to staff members wearing face masks and gloves at all times, Village Studio is also conducting staff temperature checks before and after each shift. If a staff member shows even the slightest symptoms, she will immediately be isolated and quarantined for two weeks. - Hand sanitizer will be available onsite for all employees and clients to use. - As we progress, Village Studio will continue to stay close with NYC’s restrictions and the CDC’s guidelines. We also encourage our guests to utilize our private roof deck for fresh air and to allow for further social distancing in the apartment. In addition to our efforts to keep our employees, clients, and neighbors safe and healthy, we ask that our clients also take the necessary precautions for each booking. Please see below for our rules and regulations that we kindly ask each client to confirm prior to each booking. Client Precautions: - All clients must bring and wear their own face masks for the entirety of the shoot. - If clients have talent that need to take off his / her face mask for a shot, they must let us know ahead of time. - If a client has been in contact with a person who has tested positive for COVID-19, we ask that they follow the CDC guidelines and quarantine at home. Lastly, please note that Village Studio holds the right to send anyone (clients, staff members, etc.) home if there is any indication that they are feeling sick, or if our staff members’ comfort is compromised.
