Modern Loft with Spacious Designer Kitchen

Our 920 sq ft loft apartment is located on the border of Bed-Stuy and Clinton Hill and has been recently renovated with modern custom cabinetry and luxury finishes. Film shoots and photoshoots are a great use of this flexible space as well as intimate social gatherings. We are located on the ground floor and have our own private entrance for ease of use. Within a block are multiple bodegas, bars, restaurants and coffee shops. The capacity for this space maxes out at around 20-25 people standing/seated comfortably. The apartment is divided into two spaces - an open concept kitchen/living room and a small bedroom/office. In the kitchen Marble and Soapstone countertops are paired with Birch plywood cabinets and built in Bertazzoni appliances. The main showstopper is the 10 ft x 5 ft Marble open shelving that serves as a beautiful display for kitchen artifacts as well as everyday dishes. The monolithic dark Blue island in the center of the kitchen is a large surface that provides ample room for working and storage. Everything is built-in to create a seamless look and feel. The bedroom is lifted and tucked away behind custom glass privacy doors that slide back into the wall for an open room feel. Inside the bedroom is a cream shag rug, Noguchi pendant lamp, Vitsoe shelving as well as a large, vintage 70's Berber rug hung on the wall. The vibe feels very Japanese modern. The living room is large but cozy with a decorative Marble fireplace, numerous large plants, giant projector that tucks away and a Sonos sound system. We have a Vitsoe shelving system on the back wall that holds our extensive record collection, record player synced to sonos, books and board games. In the corner you'll find instruments including a Korg SV 1 weighted keyboard and guitars displayed on the wall. The final touches are a large, oblong Noguchi pendant, Noguchi coffee table and custom made sectional couch and dining table (made by us). Our building was once a trolley museum, which explains the large arched window at the front of the apartment. The exterior is also very nice, boasting a recently renovated brick facade and freshly potted plants.
