The Space

Located in the historically beautiful neighborhood of Belle Meade, the house has vaulted ceilings, beautiful hardwood floors and fantastic light. Perfect location site without restrictions. Past events include small commercial shoots and music videos, intimate ceremonies, festive holiday parties and much more within a gated neighborhood. Easy street parking. The house has great flow and the backyard is magical with romantic lighting, fire pit, yard swing, lounge seating, flowering trees and landscaping, etc. No alcohol sales, late night parties or open houses. NOT AVAILABLE: Memorial Day weekend, 4th of July weekend, Labor Day weekend
