This space in Downtown LA is a multi-purpose creative space available on a temporary basis. As a space for production services, there is one large storefront with wrap-around window displays on either side of the space and a corner view of the street. There is a mezzanine space upstairs that can be used as a space for storage. The neighborhood also features popular restaurants like DTLA Ramen and Dune just next door as well as the ACE Hotel across the street. For parking, there is a lot just across the street for $10 day rate.
