Multi-Purpose Santa Monica Event Space

Event space is located near the pier in beautiful Santa Monica. Lighting and furniture are all very modular. There's a bar/front desk as well as multiple designated spaces with virtual reality machines available for presentation/entertainment upon request! The space is roughly 4,400 square feet and can comfortably hold 200-250 people depending on how much space is required for seating/tables etc. No noise restrictions! Our venue is full-service. Our capable team is able to help coordinate with catering, staffing, as well as any PA/Tech setups. Many caterers/bar service/food truck relationships already formed and ready to go. Multiple short-throw projectors are setup throughout the location. There's a conference room in the back area, 10ft x 18ft, available as part of the base cost. Cannabis rules are per event and can fluctuate with the incoming Santa Monica rules/regulations. Designated smoking area in the back, outside. Interactive Technology/Art is available for duration of the event, including an Augmented Reality sandbox.
