This is a bilevel loft designed around employee needs and customer wants. The entire space was built by hand and decorated using original and vintage furniture. We are nestled between west orange and south orange with close proximity to NJ Transit and highways.

The Space

Located in the Valley Arts District of Orange, New Jersey, The Daily Operations is a gorgeous and spacious 3000-square feet art house tucked away in a landmark building on historic Nassau Street. It is less than a 5-minute walk from Highland Ave Train Station, 5 minutes drive to South Orange Train Station as well as minutes from major highways. The place is well-designed with wooden floors, high ceilings, white and exposed brick walls, clean white walls, movable track lighting, large boxed storefront windows. Unique textures and custom-designed furniture makes space absolutely one-of-a-kind. The Daily Operations is perfect for special events, community gatherings, gala dinners, fundraising events, book launch, photoshoot, fashion shows, pop-up exhibitions, as well as wedding proposals. The possibilities are endless! Rental hours are flexible from 4 hours up to 24 hours. Holidays may impact minimum rental hours. Since art exhibits rotate regularly within the space, events that embrace our curated space are preferred; however, the pieces will be removed if necessary. PENALTIES -$150 for leaving the trash inside the building -$350 per hour for any additional hour which has not been informed by 24 hours before the event. - $100 for failing to return the space to the same manner it was found. Rules: ●The plants should not be moved under any circumstances unless with owner consent. ● Alcohol can be served, but NOT sold. ● Outside catering is welcome! Feel free to bring your own food and drinks! If you are looking for a catering company, we can help. ● Smoking is not allowed inside the building. ● Parking in the back parking is NOT allowed. Please be mindful of blocking the street and driveways. ● We expect our guests to return the space in the same neat manner in which it was found. That means the Lessee is required to leave all the garbage out of the building and put them IN the trash can behind the building.
