This is a bilevel loft designed around employee needs and customer wants. The entire space was built by hand and decorated using original and vintage furniture. We are nestled between west orange and south orange with close proximity to NJ Transit and highways.

The Space

About the Space Located in the Valley Arts District of Orange, New Jersey, The Presence Atelier is a gorgeous and spacious 3000 -square feet art house across two floors which each floor 1500 - square ft, tucked away in a landmark building on historic Nassau Street. It is less than a 5-minute walk from Highland Ave Train Station, 5 minutes drive to South Orange Train Station as well as minutes from major highways. The place is well-designed with wooden floors, high ceilings, white and exposed brick walls, clean white walls, movable track lighting, large boxed storefront windows. Unique textures and custom-designed furniture makes space absolutely one-of-a-kind. The Presence Atelier is perfect for special events, community gatherings, gala dinners, fundraising events, book launch, photoshoot, fashion shows, pop-up exhibitions, as well as wedding proposals. The possibilities are endless! Rental hours are flexible from 4 hours up to 48 hours. Since art exhibits regularly rotate within the space, events that embrace our curated space are preferred; however, the pieces will be removed if necessary. The followings are available at the place at no additional cost: WiFi Five long tables with a seated capacity of 20 lounge & benches with a seated capacity of 34 12 chairs by the bar No sound equipment except two Sonos Speakers. A 30ft bar with 12 barstools Stainless steel countertops and prep table Undercounter refrigerator Two stoves with hoods Dual sink and additional hand sink Beer and wine fridge The Presence Atelier additional Rules: Rental hours are billed from the beginning of set-up to end of clean-up. The maximum standing capacity per floor is 100. There may be some furniture that we are unable to remove during rentals. Some artworks and furniture may not be removed, and some may be removed at an additional cost of $130. Alcohol can be served but not sold. Outside catering is welcome! Feel free to bring your food and drinks! If you are looking for a catering company, we can help. Smoking is not allowed inside the space. We expect our guests to return the space in the same neat manner in which it was found. Also, there is an additional cost of $150 for cleaning.
