This rental is available for small gatherings such as trainings, intimate dinner parties, romantic evenings, film shoots, meditation, yoga, poetry readings and soft live music. Because it is situated on a quiet residential street, this is not a venue for loud parties. The upstairs space and backyard are beautifully illuminated during the evening and there are multimedia possibilities for projections on the front wall of the tower building facing the street, the pyramid canopy ceiling of the upper deck and backyard. The upstairs lounge has comfortable lightweight and easily movable matching outdoor sofas and chairs. There are curtains that can close the space if needed, though the view is usually considered preferable. Also available, for no extra fee, are a few small folding tables and 20 folding chairs. Conveniently located on a quiet street just a few blocks southeast of the 405 and 10 freeway interchange, there is ample free street parking with no time restrictions. It is also within reasonable walking distance of the Westwood Blvd station of the Metro's Blue Expo Line.
