The Space

Our Store front Multipurpose event space can be used for all events, meetings, photoshoots or occasions. Keep in mind we have max of 90 guests listed but in the main space we can comfortably fit 70 guests cocktail, or 50 guests seated. With our additional outdoor space that can used April through September we can fit an additional 20-25 guests. We are located in the Morris Park Area of the Bronx, close to the 2/5 Train, Bx21 or Bx12-SBS Bus. Our Venue includes: 50 Phoenix Ghost Chairs Tables (5ft Rectangular or 50" Round) High Tables (32" Round) Sound System Bathroom Central Air/ Heating DJ Area Bartending Booth White Board Kitchen (Sink, Fridge, Beverage Cooler) Chafing Dishes Outdoor Area (No Smoking Inside) 10ft Ceiling height Optional addons: * Decor Rentals * Catered Food * Full Event Decor

The safety and well being of our guests is our top priority. We have updated and developed cleaning and safety policies to help limit the impact of the COVID-19 spread on our guests and employees. Our staff is following the cleaning and hygiene guidance recommended by the CDC We are thoroughly cleaning our space and all shared surfaces regularly, before and after each booking, with disinfectant We use detergent to remove dirt, grease, dust, and germs. Once the surface is clean, we spray with a disinfectant. We provide essential amenities such as hand soap, paper towels, and tissues, a trash can. We ventilate the space before cleaning and use. Wash your hands frequently and properly Use your arm or sleeve when coughing or sneezing, and use hand sanitizer regularly Dispose of tissues immediately and wash hands or use sanitizer any time you have used tissues If You Are Sick For everyone's safety, we are asking guests who are displaying even mild flu-like symptoms, including fever, cough, and cold to stay home. Please notify us if you or one of your team members or guests are diagnosed with COVID-19 and have used our space or facilities in the past 30 days. Event Services Our vendors providing food and beverages, and other event services, are following our Health & Safety Policy guidelines. 50% refund up to 1 week prior to event check in, except service fees.

You will have 24 hours from booking confirmation to cancel and receive a full refund including all service fees. Please note that this grace period does not apply to bookings confirmed within 72 hours of check-in. Learn more
