We're a local SF boutique retouching firm that beautifies and creates high end advertising photography. "The Little Studio" is our adjacent photo studio / meeting space. It's a sweet little spot that companies and photographers use when they are creating something new and need to spread out a bit. We're in the heart of SF's trendy Mission District, close to the best local restaurants.

The Space

This is a beautiful little photo studio filled with natural light (which can also be blacked out if needed) and perfect for small photo shoots & castings. It’s designed for jobs that have smaller set requirements, jobs where there will be a limited number of people at the shoot and jobs with limited budgets.

We have an electric teapot and coffee maker ____ Certificate of Insurance Required ____ Shut Down Procedures We hope you will enjoy your stay and use of our studio space! We do our best to keep the rental fees affordable, and one of the ways we do that is by not paying the salary for a cleaning person. You are expected to leave the space as you found it. This means… o Sweep or vacuum any obvious debris on the floor o Wipe table surfaces with Method spray and a paper towel (found on “kitchen” counter) o Gather up any dirty cups and utensils in one place (on front table or “kitchen” counter is fine) o Place your garbage and recycling into the appropriate receptacle located at the front of studio (more bags on counter top if needed) o Take any uneaten food items / drinks home with you o UNPLUG THE HEATER! o Turn off lights o Leave keys on table Easy, right? We think so, and appreciate your cooperation. We may charge a $150 fee for cleaning if these simple things are not completed. It’s fast and easy if a couple of people pitch in before you go!! And you’ll be helping the whole community by supporting the space stay affordable. Thank you so much for your help and your conscientious care of this space. Thank You!
