The Space

New event space in prime area over 6,000 sq feet. Gated lot next door available that can hold up to 200 cars. The space is very flexible and right in time for Art Basel and Holiday parties. This space has so much potential and is located in the heart of Little Haiti, just blocks from the famous Design District. Sure to provide you with plenty of foot traffic and easy accessibility to our space. With high ceilings and exposed walls you will be sure to feel the presence of the neighborhood. Our space features a small outdoor area in the back with access to a highly visible walls that may be utilizable for branding opportunities or creative endeavors. Check it out.
