An impressive entryway with a floor-to ceiling, wall-to-wall custom wall mural delights visitors upon entry, with a brass-inlaid oak floor leading down a grand modern hallway. Ten foot, blackened metal, mirrored pivot doors reflect the entirety of the entry space. They open to reveal an oversize living room and kitchen with terrazo floors, distressed plaster walls, jewel-like lighting, and a cutting-edge kitchen complete with Roman & Williams metal-caged cabinetry. The kitchen features cerused oak cabinetry and a professional wine-dispensing four-bottle unit presented for the first time for NYC residential usage. Five large rooms* branch off from the sprawling living space, including a beautiful office studio perfect for product showcases or editorial appointments. The loft is punctuated by walls of windows in the master bedroom, office and living space. A customizable LED lighting system is used throughout the apartment, enabling cool morning light or warm ambient evening light at the touch of a button. Living / dining / kitchen area, entryway and powder room usage are included in the Splacer fee. WHAT'S INCLUDED: Access to entryway, powder room, kitchen, dining and living spaces. EXTRA: The office and bedrooms are available for an additional $250/ day on a case-by-case basis. The entire space is united in the latest audio/ video technology and a Sonos sound system. Two wireless accent points (WAPs) allow for excellent connectivity throughout the space. Many decorative features in the home have never before been seen or published. The space was published in ELLE DECOR in December 2018. RESTRICTIONS: This is our primary home and therefore we accept only small groups (12 or fewer) with no bulky equipment. We are proud of keeping it in excellent condition and ask the following please: - No smoking, even on the outside patio. To protect the inlaid wood floors, please remove shoes or wear shoe covers (host to provide). - No smoking. - No loud music after 10pm. - Furniture can only be moved by the host upon request. - Trash should be placed in the bins and the host will take care of the rest. - Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors. - All rentals include set up and teardown time. Please inquire for details about staffing. - Pets considered upon a case by case basis, if central to the purpose of the rental (photo shoot, etc). - Please leave the home as you found it.
