Hi! Thanks for checking out Natural Studios! Our studio is IDEAL for productions. We have lots of power, lots of space and lots of parking. :) Brands we've worked with: LEVI, KAISER PERMANENTE, SUPER DELUXE, SWEDISH DICKS, ALL DEF DIGITAL, ANTHROPOLOGIE, ETC. A little bit about us (Steve and Britt), we've managed multiple production locations in Los Angeles for a couple of years. We rent out this space weekly for productions: commercials, multi-day feature films, photography, shorts, student films, new media, fitness videos, cooking shows, dance videos, product photography, bridal showers, baby showers, surprise parties, company events, etc. We are both creatives and enjoy seeing the content created in this space. Please send us any questions that you have. BEFORE booking: - Please clear any special effects with us before booking. - Please include your load-in and load-out time in your rental hours. AFTER booking on we'll email you: - Our rental agreement - The rules of our space - CC AUTH form for a security deposit of $250. Damages will be taken out of the deposit. You can also pay the deposit in cash, no checks. *Please book with enough time to return these documents to us before your shoot. Loft Details: * Loft - 1000 square feet * Windows - Glass windows, 8 1/2 feet high and 12 1/2 feet wide * Ceiling - 13 feet high * Floors - Cedar hardwood w/ polyurethane shine * Walls - 2 Exposed Brick Walls and 1White Wall * Lighting - Natural light + high end practicals w/ LED color adjustable bulbs + Fluorescent overhead * Outlets - Outlets conveniently spaced + overhead outlets * Power - 80 amps available. * Bathroom - 1 Bathroom included, 2nd Bathroom upon request * Capacity - 40 guests * Loading dock + freight elevator for equipment loading * Parking - 3 In-Gate Parking Spaces, Plenty of Street Parking **Note: Elegant loft located in an old industrial building. Location is NOT soundproof. Generally quiet but hosts cannot guarantee silence.
