Welcome to our bright and modern ocean-front home in Oceanside, CA! Inside you’ll find a 1000 sqft single-level unit with a minimalist modern beach vibe. Enjoy almost un-obstructed panoramic ocean views, immense natural light, exposed wood-beam cathedral ceilings, open modern layout living area with TV, charming dining area, kitchen, 1 full bathroom, 1 Master bedroom, 1 office/guest room. The sliding glass doors in the master bedroom and living room face west onto the Pacific Ocean and open up to a sizeable balcony with views of the Oceanside Pier and the bustling Strand. Decor is done in a contemporary/midcentury coastal style, unique to California. Perfect for photo/film shoots, creative/comapny workshops, + small gatherings We would love to be a part of your next project! Yes What is noise in the surrounding area like? Low to Medium - the ocean/waves can be heard at minimal levels with the patio doors closed. How many outlets are available? Where are they? 15 outlets throughout the unit Is there dedicated space available for hair & makeup? No, but we have a large bathroom and an office/guest room that can be used as such. Are all areas of the space accessible for production purposes (including the exterior)? Our whole unit is available with the exception of our walk-in closet, however there are 2 other units in the building whose tenants we must be mindful of. Can happily discuss in further detail. Will there be an on-site manager present during the booking? Yes PLEASE NOTE: Posted price per hour is for a crew of 15 people max including crew & talent. Larger productions are welcome & subject to higher rates. All booking start & end times are inclusive of setup & tear down time, so please include that when booking your reservation. If you’re interested in multi-day, note that an additional fee may be charged for overnight displacement. FILMING, PHOTO & PRODUCTION-- Please include the following: *Total number of crew & talent *Desired date(s) & if flexible *Exact hours you will need (ie. 7am-7pm) including load-in/load-out, setup and tear-down *Equipment & lighting specs SCOUTING-- We're happy to accommodate initial location scouts provided the rate and hourly minimum are met for the reservation date. We will only accommodate (1) scout prior to a booking reservation being made. Additional tech/Director Scouts will only be permitted once the booking has been accepted. All scouts are subject to availability and will not accommodated during other guests' reservations/productions OVERTIME-- All booking start and end times are inclusive or setup and tear down time, so please include that in your reservation. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. If you go over your booking time, you will be charged time & 1/2. We're happy to offer a 20-min grace period for load-out, but do not allow early arrivals. HOLDS-- Dates are available on a first book/first serve basis and will not be held without deposit or reservation. PARKING-- We recommend parking on the street. If you need to load large or heavy equipment, please contact us via message, and we’ll be happy to give further details and guidance. NO SMOKING-- This building is a 100% SMOKE-FREE ZONE, including both private and communal areas and the unit itself. NOISE -- We have a zero-tolerance policy with noise complaints. We ask that you please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. Curfew is from 10 PM to 7 AM. CLEANING & DAMAGES -- Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask (and appreciate!) that guests tidy up after themselves. Guests must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Accidents happen, but we do require that all guests inform us if anything is damaged during their use. Damages (walls, floors, furniture , etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Splacer.
