The Space

Available for photo shoots, TV/Film/Commercial productions etc., not for private parties. Large marble entry foyer, open LR with large white marble fireplace, baby grand, grand proportions. Luxury white kitchen with Wolf appliances: double ovens, 6-burner cooktop in Island facing out (great for a cooking scene/show!), marble counters and walls,. Cherry floors throughout. Larger outdoor patio overlooks ocean. Bathroom with Real clamshell sink, sunroom with modern flooring, six bedrooms, room for holding/wardrobe.
