I began this company to represent home and business owners for production gigs when I moved to The Rockaways from Manhattan. I love the beach and surfing and this wonderful welcoming community. My background has always been in media - as an actress, casting director, audition coach and magazine editor. The shops and homes that I represent at the beach are all unique - special and full of character, charm and style - perfect for shoots.

The Space

This medical building houses a number of various types of office spaces - from an empty room with dividers, to doctors' offices and hallways, to an adult day care center with offices and community rooms. Change it for your needs, use any as needed as well. Note re: photos: We suggest you schedule a scout appt prior to shoot day, some images can change from when this location was shot. We don't guarantee exact images for production.
