The Space Chic and stylish industrial space on the shore of Upper Bay. Located in the heart of the Red Hook, the building faces the Statue of Liberty and Governors Island; renovated into a beautiful space. The fully furnished venue features comfortable lounge zone, two built-in kitchens with fridges and wine coolers, full bathroom with shower and a dining / meeting table, and private parking lot. Health & Safety Policy

1. The space is cleaned and sanitized in accordance with guidelines from the CDC 2. Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed 3. High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected 4. A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings 5. Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning 6.Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances 7. Remove rubbish and add prelinish the lining bags to the trash cans
