Amazing 3 acre shooting very close to town- a rare find! I'm a physician on an urban certified organic avocado and rare citrus farm 6 minutes from the beach in SB; I'm also a Cordon Bleu trained chef; I have created an artistic, park-like setting full of whimsy and unusual sculptures, nooks, crannies and open spaces that scream rustic country farm, oak woodland, open greenhouses, covered shade houses, olive orchards and grape vines. Dry in summer, green in winter. 1962 Airstream available too.

The Space

Amazing 3 acre shooting private urban organic farm very close to town- a rare find! 6 mins to downtown Santa Barbara. Hidden valley in Santa Barbara, with roadways and paths throughout, and views of the foothills, unspoiled. Property is expansive. One 1962 24' Airstream can be used for working, makeup/wardrobe/office or as location; in addition, an excellent bathroom outside on the property. Many outdoor locations, oak woodlands, avocado and citrus orchards, olive grove, interior roads, rows of grape vines; dry for summer and wet for winter. Many different looks on one ranch- gritty and abandoned, manicured and refined. look. Very little overhead traffic and one very quiet road. Picnic areas, easy accessible. Parking enough for honey wagons + 10 cars, more parking close by. Secure gate. It is great for sound (v quiet) , and lots of quaint little places for print too. No street lamps, or late night/overnight shooting, insurance required. Please inquire.

Over eight hours: 1.5x hourly rate. Weekend price: 1.5x hourly rate Cleaning fee: $200 Onsite manager, required: $35/hour Outside ordinary use for water, power. We do have friendly dogs we will contain if you need it; you may bring your pets, with permission, so just be aware of that. Please book enough time for prep/break down cleanup, please take out trash with you, please leave as you found it or nicer.
