We have a passion of building communities and hosting unforgettable events! Our team members are here to help you achieve a successful event from planning the event to set up and management. We also can help you with marketing. Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors. All rentals include setup and teardown time; please inquire for details about staffing. Please leave the space as clean as you found it. Furniture must also be moved back to where you found it.

The Space

Our Premier Event and Office spaces are newly renovated which is located in the heart of Culver City. The Perfect Space for private parties, corporate events, product launches, movie screenings, experiences, and more. We have a mix of indoor and outdoor lounges, patio areas, and offices with and without garden spaces. We also provide meeting rooms, conference rooms, casting rooms, live streaming & podcast rooms, and shared office space. Please message us if you have any other questions.
