The Space

Many places have nice views of downtown San Francisco, but only few buildings frame the view as well as this one. Full height and width sliding doors focus on the skyline, so from anywhere in the gallery-like, open -layout home our guests can enjoy both the amazing views as well as the unique spatial qualities of the space. The flexible space of dining & living room, and upper loft, can be used in a variety of layouts, from a conference room setting to a social gathering. The lower floor offers a breakout space has equal views and very tall ceilings. This strikingly modern, 'brutiful' home has no equal in San Francisco. Separate restroom for guest use. Great light through large skylights. Space opens to well-sized, illuminated landscaped backyard. Second in-law apartment with tall ceilings (13') is also available. Available for photoshoots and similar events. Offsites and other events can be discussed.
